leftover brown rice
half an onion, diced
2 chinese sausages - sliced
parsley - chopped
frozen corn
frozen peas
2 eggs - beaten
oyster sauce
Beat eggs and oyster sauce together. Fry in a thin pancake. Set aside.
Heat oil. Add onions. Add sausages. Fry for a bit. Add brown rice. Keep frying. Add parsley. Fry. Add corn and peas. Fry fry fry.
Slice egg into thin strips.
Serve fried rice with egg on top. May need some soya sauce.
